ingredients:
*flour
*scotch pepper and onion
*seasoning cube
*palm oil or any oil
procedure:
mix your dry ingredients, the flour and the seasoning. Then add your (roughly grinded or chopped) onion and scotch pepper. Add water and mix just as thick as a pancake batter. then heat a little palm oil, when its hot, add your batter in batches and fry them also like pancakes but let the sides to be a little crispy before turning the other sides.
note: palm oil is preferred to get the real #Nigerian flavour. and also cover the fan untill the side is cooked before opening, it reduce the palm oil smoke. Add oil on the sides before flipping.
