wash your beans and grind it, then add some water and drain in a muslin cloth. then put the drained water in a pot, put it on the fire and wait, untill it starts to boil and foam then add some lemon or vinegar, it will slow down and foam again. keep doing that untill it all curdles and the milky water becomes clear. drain the curdled tofu add your grinded pepper and onion then squize the rest of the water in the muslin cloth and let it rest for some minutes to take shape and firm a little. then cut it to your desired shape.
whisk your eggs and fry your tofu with it. enjoy it with some sauce or grinded chilli.
