Ingredients
*Rice
*Carrot
*Peas
*Potatoes
*Raisins
*Chicken
*Cinnamon
*Bay leaf
*Maggi cubes
*Turmeric
*Cloves
*Black pepper
*Ginger and garlic
*Groundnut oil
Procedure:
*Wash your rice preferrable(basmati) but i used regular rice and it turned out fine.
Strain it and set it aside.
*Marinade your chicken with clove,black pepper,maggi cube,cinnamon and some tumeric, and roast it in your non stick pan
* Feel your potatoes and cut them to your desired shape, add some salt and fry them.
Now put your pot on fire add some oil, put ginger and garlic paste saute for a minute then add your onions and fry till golden brown. Add your cinnamon bay leaf and your rice and fry them constantly turning with your spatula for 5mins then add water.
When the rice is almost done reduce the heat add your carrots, peas, raisins and chicken turn the rice and cover all the meat. Then add your fried potatoes and cover it let it steam for atleast 5minutes or more and then its done.
